  Left an email asking for a quote to install an alarm. They called back a few days later and quoted me 300$ to install an alarm with just a shock sensor because my car is so old door pin switches would be extra. However this weekend i bought a shock sensor alarm and installed it myself for 29$and 30minutes of my time. This place is a ripoff. It would have taken them 15minutes to install an alarm... For 300$??

  NextGen has great staff that are very knowledgeable and experienced. The installation is quick and very well priced compared to other companies in the city. They make recommendations based on your needs and don't just try to sell you product to make money. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get any type of automotive work done.

  Had remote start installed in my car recently. The appointment was at 10am and we were told it would be a couple of hours to finish which is fine. Assuming a couple of hours would mean anywhere from 2-5 hours my boyfriend stayed awake (as he works nights shifts and sleeps during the day) so he could bring me back to my car. Turns out the car wasn't finished until 6:45pm. Not impressed on how long it took. But the friendly staff and great customer service were fantastic. Would go back for sure! Just wish the service was a little quicker. Thanks Fraser and staff for staying after hours to make sure the work got done.

  Cannot sing the praises of this place enough! To say they went above and beyond with my car would be an understatement. My car was a difficult install, they were aware of that, took on the challenge, and exceeded what I thought was possible. When I picked up my car, they thoroughly went over what they had done, and made sure I was familiar with the system and felt comfortable using it. Extremely happy with my experience at NextGen, and will continue to recommend family & friends to them!
