  I went to this place twice so far. My first experience was very pleasant and I was happy with the style. They are also very friendly overall. The second experience was pretty bad unfortunately. I brought a photo of the style that I wanted and showed it to the hairdresser. I made sure that the pictures are very clear and show the front and back and the sides properly. However, when he was done, I was pretty surprised with the result. What I had asked for was a pixie cut, and what I got was a totally different thing: a very short bob! When I pointed out the difference, at first they denied it. Then the owner tried to tell me that what I got was better than what I wanted and the style I chose was outdated (which is not true). Then they tried to convince me that that style would look better on me. I would have of course listened and considered their suggestions BEFORE having my hair cut, but not after. Anyways, I left there feeling very unhappy with the experience. The style is not terrible, but it is not what I wanted.
