::We had water leaking from the main floor ceiling. We could not figure out where it was coming from. Seyed ("Mike") came and after a pretty short time knew where the leak was coming from. He explained everything to us, gave us the price (admittedly, not cheap), called another colleague and the two of them had the leak fixed within a few hours. Seyed cleaned up after himself. He took the time to answer all our many questions, and discussed other medium-term issues we will need to deal with. If we have plumbing problems in the future (which undoubtedly we will, given the age of our house) we will definitely go with Mike from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing, and we can strongly recommend his and their services to anybody else as well!

::I had New Canadian plumbing (MIke was the plumber who came) come and repair a sink drain today. I called only yesterday and they came first thing this morning and completed the repair perfectly. Very happy with service and would not hesitate to recommend.

::Business SCAM ALERT !!!!! They are fraud and never ever call them. When I asked them through email, they said 'free estimation'. A plumber came and looked at the sink for a minute and did nothing, charged me $214 !!! (then, what was 'free' exactly?) I asked them to refund, but they THREATENED! me to spread my personal information to others. NOT just worst, they should not be allowed to run business. They are acting as a scammer, ripping off suckers. This is unacceptable! NEVER CALL THEM!!

::I am very impressed by the customer service that I received from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. I called for service after 5pm thinking that I wouldn't be seen today and surprisingly, I had a technician come to my home by 8pm. Danny was very professional and completed the work quickly. He explained the process and was very personable. I want to thank all those involved in the call today. I even received a call to indicate that the technician was on his way. Would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd.
