::Not great service! Do everything possible to rip you off! Guy insisted I had to do my front/back copie in 2 photocopies when it could of been only 1...then overchaged me by a nickle...it's the principle...if he overcharges everyone a nickle...I DON'T recommend this place!

::Similar with the previous post, but the store is pretty good if the lady in the no-door office does not help you. The other guys are nice and chill. I have been there several times, the service was good when she was not there. However, when she is there, "be patient, you should not come at the last minute"( i was standing there for like 10min and she just asked me to wait )and "you don't need to worry about the price"( and you will not know the price or round price until you pay) those are what you are going to hear. Her inefficiency will definitely ruin your whole plan and even the whole day. It is better to go there when that lady is not at work, and you will be glad that you listened to my advice.

::The print is pretty fair, but the terrible service really surprised me. My friends told me that everyone works perfect in this store but just this lady, she will burn up all your patience. I asked about the printing price couple weeks ago, the staff, I think she is the owner, just could not make things straight and clear. She kept blablabla by saying âour shop offer the unbeatable price, etcâ, but she just wouldnât tell what the exact price or even an estimation is. I have to pay 1.45 for using the computer for 15min which I only need like 50s to get my stuff done. she was talking to another customer( while there was a long line lining up) saying there are always a lot people when she is at work because she is great at working, but in fact she is really not. She is inefficient and she just does not know it. I will rate a ZERO STAR if this system allows me to do so.
