    Drove up to Sudbury from Toronto to take a look at a Ford Explorer To a dealership called "NEED A CAR" a sub dealer of Toronto Auto Group. Spoke to John Collins a few days before and was told he'd send me details about the car (Car proof and invoice of how much everything will be)... I never received any email. He suggested we buy it and he will deliver it to us. That sounded great to us but we decided to still check out the car before we bought it and drove up to Sudbury. When we arrived we saw the car. It was as the pictures described but had a lot of rust under doors, hood, trunk. Torn leather on door panel. We were told its in superb condition, so thank goodness we didn't agree to buy it before seeing it. John said he just got the car and had no time to look properly at it (lie). I took out a "Used Vehicle Report" a few days before and on there it showed that they had owned the car for a month. Since we still liked the car but were't sure about the rust and door panel issue, John suggested that if he fixes all the rust and the door panel, would we take it? We agreed and put it in the contract. He would deliver the car to us when the safety and all the work was done. I also asked him for receipts of work done before as he mentioned doing some work on the car but I was never provided with anything. I waited a few days for the work to be done and keeps asking (calling) John for receipts but he just kept saying he'll sent them. Long story short... the car was delivered to our place. I was not home but my wife was. The rust was fixed extremely poorly... basically John must of done it himself. Same with the rip in the door panel - it was just super glued. I contacted John to ask for the receipts and always he just rushed to finish talking to me and always says he'll send it. I never received any receipts from work done - I get why, because no professional did the work and there were no receipts. All in all, my wife and I are very disappointed with our experience. We heard nothing but lies from John from day one. Even during the signing of the paperwork it was all rushed so not to see the fine print. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ EVERYTHING. He made me initial on spots that were not even filled out SO WATCH OUT FOR THAT. It is going to cost me thousands of dollars now to get the rust fixed that he butchered. I'd STRONGLY advise to stay clear and far from TORONTO AUTO GRUOUP SUDBURY and if you must purchase from them make sure you take you sweet time and don't agree to anything until the work is done and there are receipts for the work and even then call the place where the work was done to double check.     Terrible place to deal with. Don't even know where to start. Rude Service build on lies and then some more lies. I feel terrible for all the people mistreated and lied to. Please people watch out. Especially John, as he may try to lie his way into your wallet.

    I feel all there vehicles are bought from the auctions. After my vehicle was purchased the motor blew two weeks after. It went to the shop then came back six months later with a preowned motor. Then the transmission later blew two weeks later. They then offered another vehicle and added money from the previous vehicle for its deficiency which doesn't make since, we had the vehicle in our possession less then a month. I had the worst experience here and had to pay my own rental car when there vehicle failed after buying it. If your looking for a good quality vehicle I suggest you buy from another dealer. I will never buy from here again.
