  First time customer but not the last , dropped the car off Sunday night and hoped they would be able to change the oil and tune it up in the next few days. Was done right away Monday. 3 courtesy calls to let me know what was going on Pro- first call estimate and confirmation of repairs I wanted Pro-second call, to confirm everything was going well. Pro-third call, to let me know the car was done and tune up took less time than the estimate and bill would be less than the estimate!! Also they send a text message with a link to explain what was done and what repairs maybe required in the future, ie: my brakes only have a few months left. Auto pros ..... for sure

  Quick appointment and really good service.They let me know that there is a 10% discount for Hillhurt/Sunnyside Community Association Members. Really great staff service and detailed reporting.

  It was our first time with your company and we chose to came there due to your hours and location but we were very impressed with the service they did. Not only we're they able to give me an estimate that is the exact amount we paid, they constantly kept in touch with us by giving us updates and at the very end provided a very detailed explanation of what was done and what needs to be done in the future. they guys have given us the best customer service experience we could possibly have. would definitely recommend this to everyone for their car needs

  I've been bringing my plumbing van here for about a year now and they have been great. I have a small and honestly slow plumbing business so I'm on a tight on budget. They have been really good at giving me a list of must doo's and do in the future type maintenance items on my 300,000+ Ford work van. It runs and is safe on the roads for my self and other road users. So I'd like to say thanks for providing honest reliable service! *Update 23/11/2017 Had another service today and would like to say again these guys are the most honest mechanics I've had. My van has been working hard this year. It needed another oil change so I figured since it's been running sluggish to get an over all check over. They were bluntly honest with every issue they found. A couple of which I suspected. I'm going in to my second year of business with this van. It was purchased to get me by for a year tops. They have worked with me and my low low budget and we're up front with the condition to start with when I purchased it. We got all of the safety issues buttoned up right away and working on smaller items when I can afford it. Long story short they made some great suggestions to get my exhaust system working. ( Clogged cats ) went to a muffler shop got all fixed up. Van runs like a Top, better than it ever has! Glad these guys have my back which is helping grow my business. When I get a newer quality van they will continue to have my business. Thanks again!

  I have recommended This shop to my coworkers and family, and everyone who has gone has been happy with the service. John runs a great shop. Never tries to up-sell you, and only fixes what needs to be done. Always gives thorough explanations of service needed, alternatives, what can wait, etc. Can fit me in whenever I've asked. I have been taking my car here for a few years now, and won't be going anywhere else.
