  Really like the service. They are nice, it is a calm environment. They are focus on delivering perfect service. Really liked my nails and I’m difficult with nail salons. I did a manicure and put shellac on my own nails.

  Let me preface by stating that I have been going here for almost 3 years. Management recently changed, which is fine, and the new owner owns Zooey's down the street and I have had no issues since the change over. I recently went in for my monthly mani/pedi, and the woman who normally services me (and is great) cut my cuticles three times - twice on my finger and once on my toe. She was apologetic, but I ended up bleeding and in a bit of pain. Fast forward a few days and two of my fingers are swollen, oozing and are very painful. I sadly won't be going back. I'd rather pay some more money and go to the Upkeep Shoppe, across the street where they do an immaculate job and the owners child isn't running around screaming while watching videos on his iPad.

  Absolute worst. Such an uncomfortable manicure/pedicure. She was on her phone the entire time... browsing facebook, making phone calls. No professionalism or social skills.

  Jenn and her team are very friendly. These ladies work hard! They have a good nail product that matches my own nails.

  I got a full set and it costed almost $70 for them and they weren't the shape or length I wanted at all (short and kind of pointy - just didn't look good). I even showed her a picture of the exact length and shape I wanted. When I got those nails filled at a different place the lady doing them commented on the shape and said some salons just don't know how to shape right.
