  Coaches Ondrej and Andrea helped me with an incredible body transformation starting from supplements, nutrition, training and motivation I needed to not only achieve but maintain my fitness goals. Always available, always reliable and vastly knowledgeable! A greatly different experience compared to all other personal trainers I have worked with and actually the only time I have seen results! They under promise and over deliver, every single time! Keep up the good work! Vancouver needs more passionate personal trainers like you two!

  I started training with Andrea and Ondrej in preparation for my wedding, and I'm so pleased with the changes in my physique! Under their customized fitness and diet guidance, I've leaned out in my problem areas and am noticing muscle tone, not to mention I'm feeling stronger each day. A few weeks ago, I walked down the aisle in the best shape I've ever been in, and I have this super duo to thank for their encouraging but no BS approach to getting fit.

  Andrea & Ondrej are extremely knowledgeable in training effectively by combining exercises and nutrition tailored to achieve my goals. They really make an effort to get to know what’s happening in my life so that we can work around things or overcome my challenges. I was still figuring out a healthy diet that would heal and strengthen my sensitive stomach, and I also never had motivation for fitness before. And now I have been training with them for about 6 months and have noticed significant changes mentally and of course physically in my body composition. I’m growing stronger, I’m making better nutrition choices, and I have noticed an increase in energy for life! Andrea & Ondrej have helped me through this and also prepared me for a super challenging hike in Peru! This husband & wife duo are not only inspirational through their words of encouragement for me, but they definitely live and breathe what they teach. They are friendly and professional and always make time to answer your questions. Together they have been supportive with a good amount of discipline and humour which makes training something I look forward to.

  Fantastic trainers who have a wealth of knowledge on health & fitness. I've personally worked with them for the past 3 years and through their guidance I have won 2 Men's Physique shows at a local and provincial level. I couldn't recommend them more!

  They came highly recommended to me when looking for a fitness competition coach. As a client of theirs for the past 7 months it is clear as to why. Ondrej and Andrea are incredibly knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. If you have a goal and are willing to put in the work they will get you there. You can tell they care about their clients results and push you in all the right ways a trainer should. If you're looking for a lifestyle change I can't recommend My Trainer 365 enough. They changed my life!
