Dr. Murphy was amazing, compassionate and professional. Yes, the surgery he does sucks, but he does it with the care you would expect from a doctor of his magnitude. I applaud him in his work. Thank you for bettering my life!

Absolutely terrible doctor, staff, awful location, administration, lack of functioning webpage, unprofessionalism, the list goes on. Let me explain why so you can avoid this ENT as well. Please note, not a lot of people have put any reviews on their page. That's usually a tell-a-tale sign of a terrible practice. Probably because they don't ever want to deal with them again. 1. After my visit with Dr Murphy, for something not that important, I was told that having my tonsils removed would probably not be a great idea. Agreed. He then said he didn't know the cause so he would send me over to a colleague of his to get an allergy test. I don't have allergies; fully aware of that. Upon knowing the information I needed, I told the front staff, who by the way, seem very poorly trained, that I would not need to keep my "follow up" appointment. They took my name and said no problem. 2. I went and saw his "colleague". "Colleague" my friends is someone that he refers to because they have a business deal to make more money, in case you didn't know. Nonetheless, I was tested by one of his staff and she said I had no reactions and no allergies. I figured as much. He then gave me 3 different allergy prescriptions. Pill pusher. I didn't get any of those medications because...I'm not an idiot? If I have no allergies; why are you giving me prescription anti-histamines x 3? 3. I received a phone call in early June to "remind" me of my appointment. I politely mentioned to the person that I had cancelled that back at my original appointment. She said, "Oh, it must've gotten missed". I said no problem and thought that was the end of it. 4. I receive a letter as an invoice saying that I owe them $84.75 because of my missed appointment without 24 hours notice. Let me explain something to you. Don't give me the blame for your poorly trained staff's lack of caring for the job. But something I truly believe in is that it comes from the top at all times. If your staff don't care about their job, it's probably because you don't care about yours and they can see it. 5. I keep getting threatening letters advising me that they are going to send me to collections. I'm going to debunk that myth right there. Did you know that it costs them $50 minimum to place a judgement against you? Did you know that they have to hire a collections agency which will cost them more than $84.75 because they need more volume? Guess that hypocratic oath of "do no harm" doesn't apply when you are trying to ruin peoples credit over $85. Learn how to run an effective business, aka, invest in teaching your staff how to be attentive, and you won't have no-shows. If they are so unethical to use scare tactics to scare unknowing consumers into paying their invoices that they have imposed on an "oops" basis, then you are no longer going to threaten any other consumers as long as I can help it. When the wife is the person sending you threatening letters of collections, you know they have terrible business practices. Here's the best part. They have the audacity to give you a invoice if they don't do their job right. I should've known when I was sitting in that miserable dark room they call their office and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. Maybe you think your time is the only valuable time out there but mine is valuable too. If you can't get your business under control, don't try to make me pay for it. My next phone call is to the CPSO so they can be aware of this unethical behaviour as well. Let's see if dealing with that is worth the $84.75 that you want from me for your stupid mistake.
