  I sometimes visited here to change my engine oil. Always really nice compare to another shop! Reasonable price and good service. Today emileo (I'm not so sure about his name but anyway) changed my break light and he was nice and friendly. Tnx a lot Always!!

  Didn't do the work indicated on the bill. Reported they checked the door hinges - but didn't. Makes me question the integrity of the work I couldn't see, underneath the vehicle.

  Today I went in for an oil/tire change. Was a quick and easy process. I’ve only been to this location twice before and both of those past experiences (2014/2015) were horrible. Today was 110% better. Staff is friendly and provided me with relevant information. Normally I wouldn’t go back somewhere I’ve previously only had bad experiences at; but Mr.Lube is one of the only places open on Saturdays (desperately needed to get these things finished before Sunday). So against my judgement I went here and they were phenomenal, completely redeemed themselves from my previous bad experiences. Thank you to Jordan & Evan.

  Pulled up. 10 min wait. To be expected. The bill was not however. Standard package is 49.99. That's what I expect to pay plus tax. My bill came to 68 dollars. I asked why when the standard package says otherwise. Tech told me oh that's for an oil filter and oil disposal fee. Why are those not in the price? I cant stand getting a bill with added extras and no one informs you, youre just expected to pay. When I go for an oil change at great Canadian oil change the filter is in the price, so is everything else. $54 and some change. taxes in. My first time will be my last time there as I find it a crooked way to do business to reach into peoples pockets whom are already there to give you business. What a joke for such a conglomerate of an oil change company. Another thing I was in a hurry and asked the tech just for and oil change no extras. He filled my wiper fluid for reason when I asked twice for no extras. I have a specific fluid. I didn't want yours. Stop pushing and listen to your clients. I wish I read the reviews first as I am not the only one who has spoken up about this. Unreal.
