::DO NOT COME HERE! What a experience, drive up for a oil change, the clerk asks for the mileage but I cant display unless I turn the car on, I was already in the bay so he said nevermind, another guy comes up to the window and says based on your mileage you need a new serpentine belt, I said you dont even know the mileage. Car has 30000 kms on it I dont need a serpentine belt. then the first guy 'without asking' opens up the passenger door opens my glove box shoots all the contents on the floor and takes out the cabin filter. It was dirty but I'm not paying 80 bucks for a 20 dollar filter. hes flapping the filter around in the car getting debris everywhere saying look how dirty it is you have to buy a new one. I said I will just not from here. Anyways 127 dollars later for the oil change 'synthetic' I'm driving home and my oil light comes on. I check the dipstick and its probably missing almost 2 litres of oil. The guy did not put enough oil in it. No washer top up, did not check tire pressure. Never again, I'l bring it to the dealer next time.

::Why is it so hard to get just a regular oil change every time I come here? I’m on a budget and these guys keep pressuring me to get more things done to my car. I’m not sure if they have to meet upwelling quotas but just give the customer what they asked for without pressure! A quick suggestion is fine but I shouldn’t be hounded by 3 different employees! I hate coming here for this reason!

::quick service, great staff, clean and stocked washrooms. Mechanic educated me on the underside of my car. Tightened up hanging material and did not ask for anything. only issue is the queu system. The person waiting the least amount of time was serviced fist.
