  i called terry from mr locksmith after locked myself out of my house, forgot about the fact that i was waiting over 2 hours for him to arrive. he was unable to open a pretty basic deadbolt from home depot, after trying to pick it for 20 min he said he will have to drill it and then charged me additional 200$ to change it! people like this guy doesn't deserve any business!

  One of the worst customer service I've ever received and it came from Terry the owner. the rudest and selfish people. I took my business somewhere else. One star because is the less I can give, they deserve minus 5. Thank God for other locksmith companies.

  Don't use this company! They overcharged me and left my car damaged. They will quote you one price and charge you more than twice that. I was quoted $60 and charged $180 for a 5 minute service when I locked my keys in my car. Additionally, my door was left damaged and bent and didn't even line up with my frame anymore. Basically a giant hole was left in my doorframe. The customer service was horrible, and I basically paid $200 for my car to be damaged. Don't trust them!!

  Mr. Locksmith Vancouver is the best company out there! They were so quick, fast and efficient! Totally licensed, bonded and insured as well. The girl that works in the store is so smart too and super nice! Alex was a gem and helped me with my lock and cut keys for me. He's such a bubbly loving teddy bear I love him so much. Oh and Terry the CEO of Mr. Locksmith is so amazing! I can just talk about this company all day on how I LOVE them and how professional they are! Oh how I love Mr. Locksmith Vancouver! I am so happy I chose them!

  DO NOT CALL MR LOCKSMITH. They told us a technician would arrive in 20 minutes. However, 2 hours and 20 minutes later there was still no technician in sight. I called back asking for some reasoning, and the man who answered hang up on me. Unbelievable!
