  Moto Montreal saved my butt big time. Did a custom fuel pump repair with one of their contractor specialist that would've cost a fortune to replace at the dealer. They expedited my repair because i was from out of town and needing to leave asap. They are great guys and gals. Get your bike repaired there with confidence that they'll do the job right for a fair price!!

  I've been dealing with Chris, Susan and Tamara for three years now—ever since I bought my Bonneville T-100—and they're just a pleasure to deal with. Chris knows Triumphs inside and out, any time I've needed advice he's always taken the time to steer me in the right direction, whether in person or on the phone. Not many dealerships will do that. The mechanic is first rate, and will tell you what needs to be done and when. He'll also give you maintenance tips, and if you're like me, not necessarily the most mechanically minded person... it's a great help. Are you looking for a new Triumph? Need service on your old Triumph? Want some cool gear... T's, sweats, leather jackets, motorcycle pants, rain gear or gloves? What ever it is, Moto Montreal will take care of you.

  You know, when you go to dealer because you have a problem not 100% related to them and you hope they help you? Well that's exactly what they did. Had a problem with my DiscLock and they solved. They called the manufacture and got me a replacement part by only paying shipping. The lady took her own time and did not rest until she got what I need it. I mean, that say so much. I bought a Bonneville 2 years ago and I wouldn't go for service anywhere else.

  I'm amending my review because I just bought my first new bike there. That alone deserves a star. Why? Because they're nice people, because they refuse to use predatory lending companies for financing, because they'll only advise you to buy the bike you can afford, at a price that you can afford. They won't push for bigger, or more bells and whistles just so they can increase their bottom line at your detriment. Because they'll try to get you on the bike you need, not the bike that'll make them more money. If you've never bought a bike and are afraid to get taken for a ride, go there. If you're tired of pushy, bovine excrement salesmen out to squeeze you for everything you have... Go there! If you don't want nasty surprises just before signing... Go there. If you just want to chat with the nice ladies behind the counter, and make them mess up their paperwork... Well... Don't tell them I sent you. Plus... You'll get a Triumph! Not some cookie cutter, power ranger looking piece of plastic. Unless that is what you want... I guess. To each his own. It's a good place. It's good, it's run by nice friendly people who've been in the business for a long time and do know their stuff. It's always good to support your local shop, and the guy who runs the repair shop is extremely conscientious. I've never bought a bike there, so I couldn't tell you anything about sales. Prices are fair. They're not cheap, but they're not stealing from you either. Fair price for fair service is always good in my book. They have a LOT of parts, right there in the shop. That's good too. Why only three stars. Well, really make sure you call ahead every time. They're good people but not the best organised people. If you make the effort to check and call, you'll be much happier and wont have your time wasted...Me? I'm lazy and expect my stuff on time without checking... The job IS going to get done, the job WILL definitely be done very very well, but if the job is running a bit late or if there's a bit of trouble... they're not going to call you, that's up to you. In a world where margins can be paper thin a lot of times you can't do everything, it's as good as it gets.

  Very nice people ! Love these guys! Finished all my business with triumph Verdun got my new bike and I am happy with their service ! They made amends with any organizing issues! Most of all I feel like apart of the triumph family they answered any questions I had. (they were knowledgeable of their product!) All and all if your in Montréal and in the market for a triumph motorcycle this is where you want to check first!
