  arrived about an hour early and was told the room wasn't cleaned yet and to go and come back later, when we got back after a long day (about 9:30pm ) the lobby was packed with only one staff member on hand had to wait about 35 minutes to get checked in. once in the room I noticed there was not to much for blanket coverage so I asked for another, I was told they didn't have any left because the hotel was full. we found other peoples hair all over/in our towels and sheets on the bed .. a scum ring in the bath tub (so it wasn't really cleaned.) the next day we were skipped by room service and had to go and ask for fresh towels, again at about 9:30- 10:00 pm at the time I mentioned that the room hadn't been cleaned and was told "well the cleaning staff aren't back until 7am to 3pm the next day" when we were going to be checking out before 11am. the website said breakfast included but it was a small table with apples, oranges, muffins and juice boxes. over all even though the rates are on the lower side it's not worth saving a few bucks when called back by the manager I was told that the cleaning staff was seen going in to our room and cleaning on video but that never happened .. customer service is a joke to these guys!!!!

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot the name of the lady that checked me in but she was great and I believe it was Charlotte that checked me out, she was quick, efficient and friendly.

  The staff at the Red Deer Motel 6 are awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of. I've just had an experience where I left my phone there and they've been fabulous in helping me get it. The room was clean, comfortable and warm and the all the time coffee and cookies were so appreciated.

  very friendly staff... had some issues with cold air in my room coming from outside at -27 but they fixed it the next morning. TV signal went down as well and they fixed it in am as well. Coffee and muffin breakfast is great... good value for a 3 star motel!

  Overall our stay was good, the staff are amazing. However the cleanliness of our room was not. There was a juice box wrapper and crumbs underneath the desk, an old moldy coffee on the window sill hid by the curtains, and a stain on the top sheet of the bedding. Fridge/Microwave/Taps all worked without issues. The location needs some fixing up. Aside from the slightly dirty room, and needing a few things cosmetically fixed up, Motel 6 was certainly worth the stay for what we paid.
