  I requested an oil change for my vehicle which was completed. I was given a bill for $40.00 for which I was unsure why i was being billed as I paid for VIP oil changes when purchasing the car. There was no one to talk to and i was told to pay for it and call back in the morning (I did not appreciate my car being held for ransom for a charge not requested). I called the next morning at around 8:30 am to talk to someone about the charges shown on the bill. The charge was for rotating my tires which was not requested and totally unnecessary. The day before I had my snow tires removed and summer tires installed at Kal Tire. Make sure you check your bill when work has been done. Who knows what extras they add.

  Outstanding and very professional. I am very appreciative of all their excellent service and they go above and beyond what is required. I have found their attention to detail excellent and the Service Department explains things clearly so I can understand. I find the staff very caring of my needs and requirements. Top drawer service from all the Morrey team. I am on my second Mazda and highly recommend Morrey Mazda.

  I recently switched to Morrey from a Richmond Mazda dealer with incredibly bad service. Morrey is like a breath of fresh air!!! You drive in to a sheltered area with your vehicle, four guys are waiting there to help you and clearly all want to do so. No waiting, no fuss, courteous, thoughtful attention with a real willingness to help. The car is ready when promised and the communication is excellent. This last time, Mike replaced a broken windshield wiper before I had finished paying for it in Parts. Amazing! I am never going anywhere else!

  I've always had very positive interactions with both the sales and service departments. Justin in sales is incredibly helpful and just a down to earth, friendly guy to talk to. Kevin the service manager has always gone out of his way to accommodate any requests I've had and his staff are all very friendly and professional. Great job guys!

  I had a great experience this past week thanks to Armin (sales advisor). There's nothing worse than getting a flat tire with a busy schedule. Armin went above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running as soon as possible. My tires are great and my car came back unexpectedly shined and clean! Armin's awesome costumer service made me feel at ease during a distressful time. Thanks so much Armin!!!
