  Andre and Chantelle are absolutely amazing! Working with them in securing a second mortgage to consolidate our debts is like a walk in the park.   Andre Deleo was a life saver when my fiance and I were in a pinch! Our previous mortgage broker called me this day before closing saying he could not close the following day. Talk about stress! We found Andre and he was able to secure us with a new mortgage in under a week! It was a very smooth and easy process. I would very much recommend Andre and Morgix.

  The Morgix team goes above and beyond for their clients. Working within the industry for years, I can safely say they are one of the most creative financing outlets available. They're constantly looking for ways to save their clients money, and don't rest until every option is exhausted.   Andre is absolutely amazing if I would rate more then five stars If I could the customer service and patience he has is is like none other. I’ve had more than a million questions and he always answers the phone and is willing to talk any time. His product has helped get our credit back on track 👌👌

  10 stars from us for the outstanding quick, impeccable service we received from Morgix with our re-mortgage for debt consolidation! The relief provided by Andre and his team is indescribable.
