Went in and "purchased" a belt and some mink oil using a $50 perfect fit coupon. Didn't pay a cent and was still treated very well and had all of my questions answered.

I wanted to get a custom suit for my wedding this summer and after reading up on some of the options Moores provide for custom suits, I was ready to give them a try. I can say, I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were all friendly and willing to assist. From the moment Brad introduced himself and asked how he could help, he provided outstanding service. We went through all the swatches of fabric to determine which suit will work best for my wedding and for everyday occasions. Very energetic and what I think makes customer service work, he listened to what my needs were and provided suggestions if I wasn't too sure what would work best. I spent about total of 2 hours which didn't seem that long and at the end of this experience, I can honestly say I'm sold for custom suits. I can't wait to see my suit and I want to thank Brad for all his awesome efforts today. I will be coming back for more custom suits and strongly recommend Moores in Uptown for anyone who wants a great experience!

Best service we experienced all day! Amazing staff they really know how to treat you. We went to the other moors in westshore and was disapointed in tge staff. Tried a few other stores and decided to give the moors at uptown a shot. This place by far was the most proffecional.

My last two visits to Moore's have been very negative. My last visit I had the unfortunate pleasure of being assisted by Brad (his call name is BJH35). He was the most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever encountered. He was very rude and it felt like I was annoying him. I had rented some suits for a wedding the past weekend and I was a day late. I understand that there is policies and procedures for a reason. At the end of the day the primary objective it to keep customers. The time before, I was purchasing two pairs of pants and was quoted $60.00 per pair. When I went up to the register they were priced at $99.99 and they would not honor the price of $60.00 that was quoted. I needed the pants so I ended up buying them anyways. At this time I do not remember the employee who assisted me. I talked to the Manager Gregory and he offered to put a credit on my account. This has never happened. I have been s a loyal guest to Moore's for the past 6 years and I have spent lots of money there. I need a couple of new suits every year and I have always gone right to Moore's. This past experience, I will not be shopping at Moore's and I will be sharing this with my family and friends. The lack of empathy is extremely discouraging.

Don't believe any discounts/specials they offer you! I registered online to have someone call and talk about wedding rentals. After going in I decided their prices were too high for me. Which is fine, they can set whatever prices they want. And who knows, maybe their stuff really is nicer quality. When I got another phone call from them, I politely informed them that I decided to go with a cheaper place. The person on the phone, without asking any details about tux quality or style, said they would be happy to beat the competitors price by 15% so I made an appointment to go in and talk to someone at the local store. After looking at some stuff we get to pricing, and they flat out refused honour the 15% off that I had been promised. They said the best they could do was match the price. I didn't make time in my schedule to go see them and give them my business to get the same price offered elsewhere. If their stuff is really nicer, I totally understand them having higher prices. But it is completely unacceptable and inexcusable to waste my time by lying to me to get me in the store and refusing to honour the offer. Isn't that even illegal?
