::Incredible customer service, unbeatable prices, with above average selection and custom suit options. I went here to look for a suit for my wedding with my fiance today. Zachary was the consultant that my fiance spoke to on the phone and who helped us when we came in to the store. Zachary was incredibly helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. We had previously looked at a few other store before we decided to check out Moores (based on a friend's suggestion.) This was BY FAR the best customer service we received and we couldn't have beat (or even come close to) the price that we where offered for a Jacket/Pant combo and vest! I will absolutely be recommending this store and Zachary to my friends and colleagues!

::Horrific customer service - went in today to look at some shirts and suit accessories. The sales person I had to deal with was incredibly condescending and had the worst attitude imaginable for someone in sales. Probably why their store is almost always empty. Would NOT recommend - if you're looking for a suit from Moore's, agree with one of the other comments on here - drive an extra 10 minutes and go to the one in the NE. Otherwise, go online and get a suit custom made for an extra hundred bucks - guaranteed to be a better experience than what you'll get here...

::Excellent customer service, high quality clothes and some great deals. I recently took advantage of the buy one get one free weekend deal at Moores and purchased two shirts, two ties, two vests and two suits. A special thanks to Carter for his fantastic customer care and for making shopping fun. Also to Jillian for her excellent knowledge and exquisite pinning skills. The rest of the staff I delt with at the store were also very helpful, friendly and professional. The in-house tailors also did a magical job with the alterations to my suit pants to make them fit perfectly. I highly recommend this shop.

::Had to deal with Moores for my brothers wedding this weekend. Spoke to a sad excuse for a sales rep, named Rahoul. This tool was quite special, so special I wonder how he is employed. It all made sense when I found out he's the manager at this location. I asked to speak to a manager after he refused to let me try on my suit. He said I am the manager hahahaha (I still find it hilarious how he was refusing to allow me to try on the tux and even more hilarious that he's a manager) if the wedding wasn't this weekend, I would have went ANYWHERE else. Luckily Jillian was able to help me out. I find it hilarious how the assistant manager has to come help the manager do business. Keep up the great work Jillian and Moores...you should tell your manager to go back to elementary.
