  Clean, wifi works well, nice and friendly service. Breakfast included. A definitely stop over any time I would be in the area. The only minus is that the rates on the internet and at the front desk don't match so call to confirm.

  Great motel in Sudbury. Nice modern rooms. Very clean.

  Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Bath was spacious and well laid out.

  Clean place. Nice modern kitchenettes but not too fancy. Perfect if you're working. Staff is very friendly. I will stay here again next time.

  Looks like a 60s retro motel which I think it likely was at one time. We'll kept place. Large clean rooms. Much preferred over the chain motels. Tim Hortons close by. Also recommend the MIC Eatery about 5 minutes down the Kingsway.
