  Montreal a 4 pattes offers one of the best dog boarding and dog daycare services. The staff really cares about the dogs and the prices are very reasonable. Would recommend it to anyone!

  I have always had a good experience bringing my dog there. He used to be very difficult when getting his nails clipped, but over time he has become more comfortable because of this place. Not only that,they love and care for my dog. I will continue to bring my dog here :)

  All I can say is that I am absolutely disgusted with this place. My girlfriend and I left the city for vacation and booked in our little 4 months old Beagle puppy. When we called to book her in we were informed that the price was 30 CAD a night. Come the night to drop her off, I am informed that the price is actually 38 CAD a night, and that I am actually having to pay extra if I want my puppy to be let out to play with the other dogs. We essentially booked our dog with a false price in mind (otherwise we would have found a cheaper alternative) and were left to pay 800+ for 19 nights. I am not going to discuss their fixed prices, but you do not give people false information and force them to suffer the consequences of your miscommunication. I had no choice but to leave her there since my flight was the next morning. Fast forward to her pick up day, our dog is skinny to the bones, smells terrible (not like dog, but like fecal matter) and covered in this white fluff. I was really upset seeing my puppy in this state considering that I left this place my contact number and they never bothered to call me to inform me she was getting this thin. I would have even paid them to give her more food. On that same pick up day (when due to pay the 2nd half) we explained that we were students, that don’t have a lot of money, and that we were given a false price which we found really unfair and dishonest. The girl’s answer was the following: “your amount due is 411$”. No explanation, no apology, and a complete disregard for what we had just explained. Conlusion, we will not be bringing her back here, and we certainly do not recommend to future potential customers. This place makes me sick.

  Staff is awesome. The multiple services they offer are super convenient for my busy schedule. The prices are great. Most importantly my dog comes home tired and happy from playing all day at the day care.

  To be honest, I was a little worried to bring my dog here. But the service was excellent. The price was fair, and the staff was great. I will be willing to go again.
