  Beautiful store with good products and excellent services. The only thing to be aware is that they don't give refunds, only exchange or credits.

  Amazing service from the sales representatives every time I go! The only thing I wish Mont Blanc can improve is to shorten the time for repairs, they said it’ll take around “8 weeks” to repair my suitcase, that’s a bit too long😭

  I bought a set of writing instrument as a gift and the recipient loved it. You cannot go wrong with Mont Blanc, it is one of the best and very classy gift for someone you care. The store experience was as expected from Mont Blanc. Employees were trained and extremely professional. FYI, products that you see online might not be available at the store, I was a bit disappointed but the alternative offered was decent enough. So it is recommended to check with the store for the availability of the specific product. My overall rating 8/10.

  Staff at this store are always warm and welcoming. Being a young guy, I often find sales associates looking at my age and not taking my patronage seriously. This location has never made me feel unwelcome. I have always been given excellent customer service, filled with knowledge for the Montblanc brand, and accessory industry as a whole. I highly recommend going to this particular location if looking for anything Montblanc in Toronto.

  The customer service is beyond outstanding. Every single person in there is so nice and knowledgeable words can't describe. Helen, the manager of the store, runs the store to the highest standards you can think of, she is amazing. Jessica, our sales person, is a doll. She always looks after us and spends as much time as required and always fills us with news from MontBlanc, her product knowledge is impeccable. While we like the brand a lot, it is not the product that we are returning for over and over again, it is their unbelievable shockingly amazing customer service that encourages us to come back. Keep up the amazing work!!! Proud to have you all in our lives!!!
