  It's excellent! I ordered online last year for my afternoon tea with friends and everybody love and enjoyed it. The delivery was on time.

  UPDATED: After seeing the response from the owner I decided to change my rating. I very much appreciate the followup and response. --------- My mom and I like to stop here to grab some macarons as a snack with our coffee every time we go shopping at the Core. The macarons and service are usually good but today we had a pretty bad experience. My mom and I went to order some macarons and the employee completely ignored us. It was 12:15 and the employee was rushing around trying to set up the shop. I am fairly certain that the shop should have opened like the rest of the mall at 12:00 (not 12:30 like we overhead her telling another customer after we gave up on waiting and were sitting near the store). Instead of dismissing us the employee could have told us that she was running behind and it would just be a minute. As mentioned, we eventually gave up on waiting to be acknowledged and sat down with some coffee from Tim's. We are pretty disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behaviour of the employee and will not bother to go back if we see her working again.

  I have been visiting this baker since I moved to Calgary 2 years ago. It was my first time tasting these delicious gluten-free desserts and I thought I had visited heaven for a moment! After a couple visits I decided I wanted to learn to make them! I knew very little, but found out quickly how challenging they were to bake! I took their private class and was delighted at the small class size and patient instructor. He was extremely proficient with everything related to macarons! I truly believe they are the best quality tasting macarons in Calgary and highly suggest you try them! They are worth every penny! -Registered Nurse
