  They charged me $65 to repair 1 zipper and clean my boots. I thought that was a bit on the expensive side. I got them back yesterday and wore them today. Everything was great until I got home and I am now unable to get my boot off. The zipper they “repaired” won’t unzip and is now broken! I called them and she basically hung up on me! Worst service I have ever Encountered in my life! I’m speechless and I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy! I can’t believe they are still in business!

  I've had a few keys copied here, all done at different times within the past 5 months. They all work perfectly- always a quick in and out of the store. I recently had to replace the soles of my favourite heeled knee-high boots (thanks to the Montreal winter and salt/road damage). They told me it would be done in 3 business days (which was fine, because there was no rush for me), and I was really surprised when they called me the following day telling me to pick them up! They look great and brand new. Thank you!

  I used to love this place, but now it's terrible. I brought in two pairs of sandals to change the clicks on them because they kept breaking. They ended up changing the elastics at the end of the straps on both pairs, the clips on one pair, and then they put back the old clips on another pair (with was blatantly obvious as they were worn all over). I paid $30 for all of this, and now sandals are just as useless as before I got them repaired.

  Good place seems like they know what they are doing. Keys are the same price as canadian tire around 3.50 tx in? One of the keys they made didn't work very well but the other 10 worked fine, will go back to fix it as they guarantee the keys

  I don't know about their shoe repair, but I needed some keys copied and they did them right away at a fair price and the keys worked perfectly.
