::disappointed with moksana yoga. attended 1pm class last Tuesday. way over booked. squeezed my matt between four people. couldn't open arms and when lying on matt i had to be careful of where to place feet. difficult not to make contact with those next to me. instructon was good but the 20 dollar cost should include reasonable space on the floor to engage in movements comfortably.

::Great yoga studio! Lots of different yoga styles to choose from and a flexible schedule with lots of classes daily. I particularly enjoy the yogahour® classes, a one-hour yoga fast-pace class focused on strength and flexibility done in a gently heated room!

::I have been practicing yoga for 30 years. As a lawyer who acts for people who have been injured I often send my clients to Ida Winter for yoga therapy as part of the recovery process. I have been to a large number of yoga studios in Victoria. I have come to prefer Moksana. One of the things I like about Moksana is that they do not offer hot yoga. I have enough athletic experience to know the health benefits of warming up your body internally verses the dangerous hot yoga fad. Moksana is a great studio. Ida Winter is a great yoga guru and the historic atmosphere of Fan Tan Alley can't be beat!

::I'm writing this review on behalf of my gf, who goes to Yoga at MokSana several times a week. I've also purchased her gift certificates for MokSana, and found my dealings with staff to be very pleasant. This yoga centre has a very mellow vibe, and I can see why my gf goes here often. I have noticed that since she's been attending yoga sessions here, she seems more balanced, calm, and anxiety-free. And she has very positive things to say about her experiences here. She is emphatic that all the main teachers are excellent, though occasionally there are substitute teachers who aren't as good (I think this is to be expected).

::They've got a great mix of classes and people at Moksana. It's quite chill, quite an open relaxed atmosphere, not what I call a 'whisper studio'. It's pretty pricy, but I always am happy I went :)
