  Epitome of a used car lot. Bought a Jeep Compass here, no haggling on price, no discount offered after the initial salesmen offered, paid full sticker value. I’m no mechanic, and driving the car around the block tells me nothing. Drove off the lot, the next day check engine light comes on. Once I get it to a mechanic I’m informed there are leaks in the lines and the wheel noise isn’t from the car being in an accident years ago (they did inform me of the accident) it needs new bearings and rear calipers. Essentially the computer was reset so the light would stay out, didn’t offer a warranty probably because they knew it needed extra repairs. Several phone calls to the lot and only getting a person on the phone once, I’m still waiting to Jakob to call me back, at this point I’m certain it will never happen. Seemed like good people at the time, didn’t and don’t think I bought a lemon but I also don’t think they were honest about exactly what repairs the car needed. Buyer beware I guess.

  If I could give them less than 1 Star I would, dodgy car salesmen. They’ll sell you a lemon saying it’s fine and then promise you to help then not answer the phone or get help from the other salespeople. Legit scum off the earth.

  I was in search for my first car purchase didn’t have luck in other dealerships within my budget so I went to ML Motors today and met Mark. He is very knowledgeable and helpful thru the whole process. He provided excellent service and included details about the vehicle’s service records. Had a good experience for purchasing my first car from ML Motors. Will recommend his service to my family and friends. Thank you again Mark!

  We met with Jacob, and explained our needs to him. Without pressure, he showed us what he had available, and left us the time and space that we needed to make a decision. He subsequently answered all of our questions thoughtfully, and agreeably walked us through the requisite paperwork. Afterward, when we discovered a small problem with the vehicle that we had chosen shortly after leaving the lot (a gas tank cover that would not come off), Jacob immediately reacted and helped us with a replacement with a minimum of hassle. Solid, reliable service. Thanks, Jacob!
