  Great place to familiarize with Jiu-jitsu. Kids and grownups classes are available. Clean and friendly place. Also, they give some yoga and mai Thai classes.

  Wonderful school! I would recommend to anyone, beginner or advanced, kids or adults. Clear and detailed instructions given, with great attention to students' progress and learning. Mizu is a perfect fit to anyone looking for high-quality instruction and dedication to the art of jiu jitsu.

  Amazing experience! I’ve been searching for a gym for BJJ and they treat you like gold and like family! Never had a better experience and really is a diamond in the rough this gym! Clean, friendly, homey, and they actually explain and put what they teach you in practice even if you’re the only one in class they will give you the time or their day. Speechless. Really amazing.

  My 6 years old son has been attending Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes for the past year. It's an amazing school. It's run by a family and they bring this sense of community, it felt like big family and it's with nostalgia that we attended our last class today. Moreover both Jenia and Val are great athletes but more importantly great instructors: they know kids inside out and have been incredible at helping our kids not only develop their physical skills but also their spirit. I saw my son grow from an unfocused a bit clumsy, flimsy and impressionable 5 years old to a stronger, better focused and self confident 6 years old. I thank them both for their contribution to his education. I can't recommend this place enough. Go! You won't regret it.
