  Tomorrow, June 3rd, 2017, is the official opening day for the new Minto community, Harmony, to give out lots. A few days before I spoke with a sales agent about the process of selling houses. They convinced me that all the houses will be sold an a first come first serve basis (I have all the information to prove it). But what a surprise was waiting for me today. When I stopped by the sales centre, I saw a sign that many lots were already sold in private sale yesterday, June 1st, 2017. Do not believe in Minto honesty, our consumer rights were declined.

  Never rent from Minto i move to 32A Bayshore Drive till now it is a mess.Their snow cleaners violate my privacy repeatedly steel my Hdro and no body listen to my complaint.They even made me pay for gas and hydro for the period that i wasn't in because the house wasn't ready though it is till now.Your call are not replied .Their rent is the most expensive which i don't mind if their services are good.Imagine if the garaged looked on you you cant open it manually so you might burn to death if there is a fire.

  I live at the faircrest apartments on riverside drive which in managed by MINTO. I have never had such a horrible experience with any building management before. Its been over 3 months since I've moved in to this apartment and they have yet to come and fix things in my apartment. Things like a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling that constantly leaks, a broken balcony door which has my entire apartment feeling colder than my freezer (I might as well be sleeping in my fridge). They have the most unprofessional staff working for them who make it look like they're doing us a favour by even sitting on their desks. At times, they switch of the heat and water without giving notice to their tenants in the building, I once had to run to my gym to have a shower because I had a final exam to write and minto didn't turn on the water at the time specified on their notice. They have all the time in the world to put up christmas trees and blow-up snowmans in their main foyers during christmas, but do not have any time to serve their tenants. I feel terrible for even giving it one star. GOOD FROM FAR, BUT FAR FROM GOOD - Avoid minto

  NEVER RENT FROM MINTO! EVER! Just don't do it. My girlfriend and I had an absolutely terrible experience renting an apartment from them. I sublet my apartment almost a month and a half ago and I'm still waiting for the idiots in their regional office to process my check. I will never interact with Minto inc for the rest of my life.
