  Had an absolute wonderful experience leasing our new muni cooper countryman at Mini Yaletown. We had been visiting many dealerships looking for the right car and this place was definitely the best customer experience. Jamie from sales was very patient and spent a lot of time with us making sure that we get the car that’s right for us. All in all it made our car leasing experience a very pleasant one.

  Sometime last month I received a text message from Jamie regarding my mini cooper's lease which is ending soon. I've never met him but I told him my concerns and my budget. He was very efficient on providing me some options and suggesting the best mini that fits my needs. After a few phone calls, I decided to take a look at the car. The color, and the new design was love at first sight. The deal Jamie offered was good and it didn't take me long to decide. He was also very patient with all my questions. This is probably the first time that I did not feel pushy in a dealership. He also made a "hi, I'm your mini Cooper" welcoming package. Made the purchase extra special. My overall purchase experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I took home my mini that day. However, I did forget a couple personal belongings in my old mini, Jamie was very kind and he brought it for me that night. This is how I became the owner of my second mini.

  I recently had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jamie Leung while searching for a low mileage Cooper S Countryman. My dialogue with Jamie began around one candidate vehicle that we concluded wasn't the right car for me. Jamie listened carefully to my criteria re condition, features, mileage etc. Later the same day I got a call from Jamie indicating that he had just taken a two year lease countryman on return and that it ticked all of my boxes re the perfect car for me. We agreed to meet the next morning. I visited the car. Took a test drive. Walked the car and we concluded that it was a perfect candidate. I had a trade and Jamie went to bat for me to get the best deal possible on the purchase of the vehicle with my trade in. I took delivery today and was and am extremely pleased with my purchase. The car was delivered in pristine condition and it blew me away when I walked into the showroom as it was truly a sight to see. Took care of business, got the insurance dealt with and then Jamie went through his orientation checklist in much detail giving me information about the car and its features that would have taken me some time to figure out or discover. A great job done. Love the car! But more importantly Love Jamie. He is the consummate professional with exceptional attention to detail and is a strong, effective communicator. He knows his stuff and has an appreciation of the customer that I have not seen often enough in my 65 years. I thank Jamie and the Open Road Team at Mini Yaletown for a great purchase experience.
