  Theo Mineault created and installed my kitchen and created an error which cost me over $3000 to fix. Michel Mineault advised he would rectify the error but then did not. He left me without a functioning kitchen for over one month. I had to pay for all the damages they caused myself. Horrible service. The hood vent was installed 5 inches too low by Theo Mineault and the gas to my oven was red tagged. It was impossible to move the original hood vent up 5 inches so I had to purchase a new hood vent and am left with damages to the side panels of my cabinets which can't be repaired. The side panels would have had to be replaced and Theo Mineault refused to replace the panels, even though they originally said they would. The image shows the damage to the cabinet side panels which show when we move the hood vent 5 inches higher. This was in no way our fault. Theo Mineault had the specs for our appliances when they designed the kitchen.
