  Careless customer service! Went here with my wife hoping to have a wonderful experience, left with a disappointing feeling. We ordered a bowl of mushroom soup (called mush soup). That was a room temperature (not hot). The waiter came for the order, got the order, brought the food and we didn't see him till check out. He also put the spoon/utensils on the table without even looking at us. The utensils were dirty (pieces of vegetables on those). I went myself to grab a new one, same issue! I'm not sure how they clean the dishes. I was told it is restaurant's policy to put the spoon on the table (without using napkin or cloth), since the table is clean! The waiter advised me to talk with the manager and I did. She heard me and thanked me for sharing my feedback. Meanwhile she was more concerned about what was going on around instead of listening to me. My wife and I left the place and never ever will back here again. So sorry and upset with this service.

  I found all the staff to be well versed in how items on the menu could be substituted for a Gluten allergy. Food and service was fantastic. It should be stated that the mangement should be commended for making sure ALL staff have obviously been trained and not just a few of them.

  I ordered a medium steak. You would think that a $30 sirloin would be cooked properly, but it was well-done when I got it. The fries were soggy, the mashed potato was hard. Everything lacked seasoning. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is great, and the cheesecake is incredible. If you come here, just get desert. This is no place for a full meal.

  A group of us came here for boxing day brunch and the food and service were satisfactory. I say that because my eggs were cold when they arrived and the steak was burnt to a crisp. Others in my group said the food was just okay, nothing special. Perhaps the food on their regular menu is better. Brunch might just not be their thing. The service was a hit and miss. At times they were on the ball and on top of everything and other times they forgot simple requests from our group. Overall though, the atmosphere makes this place a definite stop.
