  I ordered from these guys yesterday,and was having some left overs,and found a freaking chicken wing in my poutine of all things,so not to sure,how many stars i should give them.

  For years I ordered from the Baxter Road and the one on Baseline. They know how to make a perfect pizza!!

  Let me just start off by saying that the service is absolutely horrible! Everytime I call, which is about once every week or 2, the guy who answers gives me a lot of attitude and is extremely rude. It has gotten to the point where I dread calling to place an order because I hate hearing his voice. The last time I called he hung up right on me!! He never even gave me a price or asked if I wanted anything else; he never even asked me for my freaking address! I was about to ask for a drink before he hung up. I was so shocked, I almost called to cancel. You would think he would treat a regular customer such as myself with a little more friendliness! I have had enough and that is the last time i'm ordering from there again. As I also work in the food industry, I know first-hand how busy it can get and how stressful, but that is absolutely no way whatsoever to treat customers. However, the pizza is usually pretty good, and the delivery guys are always very friendly. It's a shame, but I will no longer order from somewhere that makes me feel bad for doing so! Screw this place, go somewhere else.

  Ordered food:6:50 pm, the order said we should have our order by 7:50, called at 8 pm and the man on the phone was very rude and told us the driver just left at 7:5pm and we should take into consideration the roads are bad... maybe you shouldn't tell people they will have their food in an hour and instead tell them your driver wont leave for an hour. Seems like a long time to wait for some fish and chips and salad.

  Change me for delivery charge for delivery even thou I using Just Eat app and stated No delivery charge on Eat App. Won't order from there ever again.
