  11/20/18 UPDATE: AHHHH I forgot my last experience so I ordered again tonight because I am a sucker... as usual delivery came incomplete (without dips)- both the driver and I called the store to get them and it took over 30 minutes to arrive after they promised over the phone “I would definitely order from them again”- lol nope (unless I forget again next year haha) Shockingly bad experience tonight- I have always, ALWAYS sworn by milanos (hunt club location specifically). I always order the special with pizza, wings, and deep fried cheese curds, and I always tip in advance and tip well. Tonight they completely messed up the order, ruined the entire meal (didn't deliver cheese curds, clearly never made them as they came much later after dinner was already eaten- needless to say they went to waste). The worst part is the store was completely unapologetic when I called and said that online orders are handled through a different system... left me on hold for a long time as well and then were very curt asking me for obscure details on the bill. Needless to say I will NEVER order from Milanos again. So disappointed :(

  Everything I've ever ordered has been amazing. Not to mention some of the quickest delivery. Highly recommend

  Used to love Milano Pizza... my family ordered from this location all the time. The food always arrived hot and tasted great. However, last week, a beligerent delivery driver cursed and swore as he walked away because the tip wasn't to his liking. Completely unprofessional and alarming behavior. My family has since decided not to order from here again. The potential for hostility isn't worth the hassle.

  Went for a job 2nd time just told same thing. Come in tomorrow.... Mmmm sigh i only live 75 km away. So this was a real worthehile trip for me.... Fml and if anyone wants to loan me a noose let me know

  This place absolutely sucks!! On multiple orders I have specified for the pizza to be extra well done, only for it to arrive barely cooked. As someone who works in a pizzeria I am extremely offended that the cooks and order takers can not listen to the most simple of requests. I have complained multiple times about this, and asking for them to only pay attention to their future orders, with no form of reimbursement. It's surprising they can keep in business. If my pizzeria were to consistently mess up, we wouldn't survive!
