  I just attempted to aquire an estimate from Mike's Delivery & Hauling. The woman answering the phone said that they do not give written estimates, and she was very rude about it.

  The guys who delivered my fridge were Great! Service was excellent! Friendly & on time actually early

  After my husband decided to put on his electrician hat and fry our washing machine, we we're of course in a hurry to replace it. Having a few hundred dollars in emergency funds we decided buying used would be best for our wallet. We randomly popped into Mike's and found a new samsung top loader XL for an incredibly good price! I was hesitant and held onto my receipt in case of it breaking down but it ran wonderfully! And still does! Its as if it were brand new. They delivered our washing machine promptly, hooked it up and carried the other one away all done in a day. Talk about great service! Next time we are in need of new appliances we will be stopping at Mike's first.

  I wanted to thank Mike's crew. They did an excellent job with moving my massage chairs. I have no idea that the boxes was sooooo big & heavy. The guys worked very hard. They were fast , efficient & knowledgeable. I am very happy with the services I got today.

  Editing this review to increase the rating: The fridge was replaced and the new one seems to be working well. I think this business would benefit from hiring someone for customer service who is good at remaining calm and patient when they are in a hurry or frustrated, so as not to make customers feel like their problem does not matter, but in the end, the issue was remedied. Aside from that, the service on a technical level is fantastic - the delivery people are great with a friendly and professional manner. They added some comic relief to the situation and are indeed an asset to the company. I think the quality is also good in general as I do not think issues like this come up often here, we were just unlucky with this fridge.
