  Being new to the area and needing works on a new car, Mike and his team made it hassle free and were trustworthy and reliable. They gave me a quote that was one of the best in price, explained all the parts and what was necessary, and ensured it stayed within my budget.

  After doing some research I decided on Mikes based on other reviews. My car wouldn’t start after Christmas and wouldn’t boost - perfect timing of course. I wasn’t able to secure a tow for days, the staff at Mikes was great making time to get my car in, even though every time I could get a tow it was after hours to drop the car off. Once I was able to get a tow, days later the guys went out of their way to get my car in. They called the next day and told me exactly what was wrong, the parts price and the labor. They priotized the work and asked for permission to start. That same afternoon they called and it was ready for pick up. They were quick and explained everything. It was my first time taking my bmw to a shop instead of dealership as my warranty was up. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect, you hear horror stories of women without car knowledge being take advantage of at shops. These guys were straight up, transparent, know their stuff and we’re quick. I highly recommed them. I will go back next time I need anything. Hopefully not for a while. But anyhow, they’re great!

  Honest, fair, helpful, accommodating, professional. Much better pricing than the dealership or other shops. I had my break pads and rotors replaced last week. They were quick and half the cost of the dealership. I stopped in today because my windshield wiper wasn't working. They fixed it in an instant for free. Thanks for being stand-up people and for helping me out a few times now.
