  UPDATE: The team at Midtown refunded the initial service call bill even though we didn't use their repair service. Thank you. The Samsung fridge we purchased from Midtown started leaking, so we called to have it looked at. The repairman looked at it for less than 5 minutes before stating that it would cost several hundred dollars for the needed replacement part and we would also need to defrost the fridge for 24 hours. I called Samsung to see if this was accurate, who then sent out a repairman from their authorized depot (Shaughnessy), who replaced a $20 part in his first visit. The fridge has been running fine ever since. The next week, we received a $97 bill from Midtown for the 5 minute initial service call.
