  Great store, staff is very friendly and you can get almost every product of window here. I just buy suface book 2 15inch from here.

  Bad experience. Went to the store on April 20 and asked about Hub features and the answer from the employee was it cost $15000 with no further details. Quite disappointment and never had such a experience.

  Excellent efficient service Just been to this store with my laptop. Had an issue with It logging off the minute I logged on. Not only was my issue sorted out but I also got a lot of good tips and tricks. Thanks Raghav you were excellent...!!

  Microsoft customer service both in store and online is a joke. Bought an xbox one elite controller, super expensive, terrible quality. Total pain in the ass trying to get repairs/replacement parts. Support told me to go to the microsoft store, at the store the clerk was totally useless and told me they couldn't help me. I guess I'll try to deal with it online again but this has been a super frustrating process and i spent a lot of money.

  While I have my frustrations with Microsoft products...the store has been an invaluable resource for me. Really easy to get an appointment and they usually get it resolved quickly. They have literally saved me thousands paying IT experts who weren't nearly as good or up to date as their stuff. Love my surface book 2!!
