  No returns. Computer failed to reboot after only 2 days of use. Charged 15 percent of system because they couldn't reproduce the issue. Picked up tower, not given a box. Power supply cord was missing, had to go back to get it and the box. I wasn't asked if I needed WiFi or Bluetooth, had to ask if it had it. I was not informed of their return policy. Their prices are not competitive.

  SUPER SERVICE. SA FAIT 6 ANS QUE JE FAIS AFFAIRE AVEC EUX. J'AI ACHETÉ 3 ORDINATEURS COMPLET DANS CE MAGASIN AVEC MAXIME LE GÉRANT. SERVICE IMPECCABLE!!!! PRESQUE TOUJOURS TOUTE EN ''STOCK'' .

  J'appel pour vérifier s'il on un case qui ferait pour mon cas particulier avant de me déplacer (rad 420mm sur un 8700k et un SLI de 1080ti seahawk avec un rad 120mm chaque). Me dit qu'ils en ont plein de modèle en stock et de passer en magasin. Après avoir pousser fort pour qu'il vérifie et me donne un nom de modèle, question que je sache si ca fait mon affaire avant de faire 1hr de trajet, il n'a pas 1 modèle en stock qui fit (ou bien était trop pareisseux pour trouver le/les noms). Service très mauvais. Content de ne pas avoir acheté pour 4000$ de pièces chez eux.

  J'appelle pour avoir une information et on me répond tout simplement " Passer en magasin, on vas regarder sa, merci, bye bye " J'en reviens pas, pourquoi tu as répondue au téléphone tant qu'à m'envoyer promener poliment !!!
