  Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped me find the perfect gift for my wife, and she actually loved it! I usually end up returning or exchanging gifts, but they helped me narrow down what she's into. I will definitely come back to this store for future gifts!

  Super helpful staff! I was in the store to buy a gift for my mom and Mika helped me a lot! She showed me a variety of product and stayed within my budget. I definitely will be coming back here again!

  I purchased a dress yesterday from your branch and specifically asked the host if the dress does come in XXS. His answer was: This dress doesnt come in xxs and the smallest size designed is xs for this dress". I just checked online and the dress does come in XXS. I hope that this was a sincere mistake. In any regard, It is not professional to 1- not know your own merchandise sizes when you are selling them, 2- If you are not certain, to offer an opinion with such conviction......Unfortunately for you, I will be returning this dress and wont trust your branch for a re-purchase....

  Terrible customer service. I received a ring as a Christmas gift and had to exchange it as it was too small. When I arrived at the store not one person asked to help me and there were two young women standing around, staring into space. When I approached they did not greet me or ask what I needed help with. I asked to exchange the ring and provided the box and bag the ring came in, along with the gift receipt. The woman helping me gave the ring to her college so she could search for a new size in the back. She returned 10 minutes later with the same blank look on her face with the ring on her finger and asked if she could help me. I explained to her that the ring on her finger was mine (had the tag on it) and I asked if that was the correct size. She said no and handed me the ring. I asked for the bag, box and gift receipt back. She said nothing and gave me the box and a signed transaction receipt from a previous customer. I told her that wasn't the gift receipt and she couldn't find it. After searching for another 5 minutes she found it and gave it to me. If I was the manager of this store I would clean up shop and hire some people that have experience with customer service.

  I was trying to exchange shoes that i bought about a week ago from another store because the size was too small for me. Came to this store but the manager refused to exchange it-she thought it has been worn! How could i wear it anyway, it was too small for me. I tried to explain that i didnt but she was so rude called me a liar 😳 Left this store so upset and humiliated. horrible store i have ever seen. They doesnt care the customers. I like MK and im sad that some horrible people who work here makes this brand look bad in someways. Pls dont go to this store!!! It will kill ur nerves!!!
