::The staff at this location are extremely stuck up, unhelpful, and act as though they are doing you a favour when doing the bare minimum of checking you out. When spending a decent amount of money on designer goods I can say I was very disappointed by my experience here and will likely not return.

::We went there at 8:00 PM. As soon as we walked in we felt an unwelcoming atmosphere, none of the three ladies greeted us as they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Browsing through ourselves hoping to get some service, after 5 minutes a girl walks up to us and asked if we were ok and she was in a hurry to go back, at this point we had a question about a sale and she answered and quickly left. It felt like they are not interested in selling. This experience veered us to a different MK store.

::Was ignored when I walked in, was not offered help for the 15 minutes i was there. The cashier was not friendly at all. After paying for my item she simply extended her arm and said "here" and gave me a dirty look. Not the kind of service that should be expected when paying so much

::The service in store was great! I have a Michael Kors purse and the straps keep peeling... the ladies in store ordered a pair of new straps for me covered under the warranty. It has been a year since the replacement and the straps are now doing the same thing. I thought the bag would hold its shape for much longer but it quickly deteriorated, I do not use this bag every day. I own the Michael Kors diaper bag that has been discontinued. I own purses from Call it Spring and Aldo that have been through more ware and tare than this purse. It is disappointing that such a well known brand and product have this kind of quality. I attached a photo of the straps!

::If I could give them no stars I would. Went there today and just like every other time I've been in the store I was basically ignored and they weren't busy. After standing in front of the change room for ten minutes waiting for one of the not busy clerks to acknowledge my presence I asked if they had a small in a gold dress. Not bothering to check she simply said no. She didn't offer to find it at another store either. Strangely when I checked the size of the same dress on the mannequin it was a small. Will never darken the door again. Ever. I've shopped in the Michael Kors section at Ogilvie in Montreal and the service was amazing. I've shopped in Michael Kors in NY, NY and the service was outstanding but have yet to have a good experience at the Rideau Centre.
