  Purchased a $425 purse at this location. Was told they have a lifetime warranty as long as I had the reciept. I kept the reciept and at the 2 year mark the gold lock on the front and gold sides started to fade to silver. One of the interiors of the handles broke so the leather was the only thing supporting the strap. I called to have the bag repaired, and was told that the warranty was only in the first year. The sales person on the phone did not seem to care and said tough luck, it’s okay if you never purchase another micheal Kors product again. Not really a good business model for success in the long run.

  Very rude staff. I asked about a sale item & they immediately started treating me like dirt because I was looking for an item that's on sale. Go to the crossiron location, the staff are super friendly there

  Awful. I've shopped at Michael Kors a plenty. I've gotten better service at Walmart. As a fellow retail employee I knew the girl was keeping a hateful eye on us because everywhere we went she followed. Going to south centre because screw that place.

  terrible customer service by the store manager. one of the sales associates was very pleasant and helpful but when i tried to get help from the store manager she began to accuse me of scuffing up my own purse that i had just paid a lot of money for. would not shop there again
