  In a very stressful situation, Mike really took care of us – we couldn’t be happier with him. We hired Mike to handle the sale of our house – just the standard paperwork. Two days before closing, we had some issues with the buyers wanting to hold back funds after noticing some water damage (despite having waived their right to a home inspection). Mike and his colleagues handled everything. Within 3 hours of me calling him, Mike had a contractor at our house to assess the situation. He was incredibly responsive, (which was even more impressive given that he away at a conference throughout the whole situation). I’m usually a pretty high-strung person – and the sale of our house was at stake – but he and his colleague, Jessica, put me at ease. They called me with updates as soon as they heard anything from the other lawyer, keeping us fully in the loop. In fact, instead of freaking out, I was telling my realtor not to worry because Mike was handling it. In the end, the situation didn’t cost us a dime. Mike and Jessica made sure we got our full sale price, and they did it as part of their flat rate for handling the closing papers. Thank you again! It was a real relief having you take care of us!

  Mike Henley is the best, period. He is always quick to respond and helpful with any issues we have. I'm not sure how he does it while also sitting on boards, coaching his son's and daughter, and actively supporting community events. Mike is a gem, if you're looking for a great lawyer, you can stop, this is the guy.

  I wouldn't trust anyone else with the most important transactions and securities of life. He's done our Will, our home purchase, and sorted out the details of a new business. In every exchange, he's been friendly, quick to respond, and gave excellent advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike.

  Mike proved to be dependable, professional, and knowledgeable during the entire process of selling our house and buying our new house. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and was always one-step ahead of us. I highly recommend Mike for your real estate dealings.
