  Reasonably friendly. We bought a new key for our 2012 Rav4. We were charged $75 for the key and charged 1/2 hr shop time for the programming ($70). Locksmith Services says he can do it for $80 total. But what really irked me is that they also charged $8 for shop supplies. When I asked what the shop supplies were the fellow said "you know, use of the computer." He then followed it up with "whenever you go to a shop they'll charge you shop supplies." He's right, a disreputable shop will charge shop supplies when no supplies are used. That makes Micmac Toyota a disreputable shop. Not impressed and I will, where possible, take my business elsewhere.

  I finally traded in my Toyota Tacoma for a newer 4-Runner. The cost of service for my Toyota over the last seven years has been about a third of my other vehicle which was not a Toyota. The staff provided no pressure opportunities for sales and even delivered my glasses and credit card and some tools they found when cleaning up my truck to my work. Really exceptional service.

  Had an appointment for a routine maintenance check on my vehicle but it really didn't matter much. I waited 90 minutes past my appointment time before the truck was brought inside for servicing. The sales staff was courteous while I waited, one even offered coffee, but the service desk personnel was flip and Indifferent. Not particularly rude but certainly not helpful and I felt customers were seen as a bother. Next time I will choose to go elsewhere.

  I purchased my new vehicle here and I am very happy with the service I received. When shopping for my vehicle I wasn't pressured into upgrading or making a quick sale like I've experienced at other dealerships. Normally buying a vehicle has been stressful for me but Chris was trying his best to ensure that I purchase the right vehicle for my needs and encouraged me to take time to make my decision. He asked about my lifestyle, what kind of driving I do, whether or not I drive with my dog etc. After taking a few test drives and picking the right features and going through with the deal, I left feeling I made the right decision and I have the car best suited for what I need. I will definitely be coming here for my next vehicle too!
