  Had my computer flashed twice to allow my truck to work with tow mirrors and paid two other dealerships around ottawa to do the job but they didnt listen to what actually needed to be done. Went here and told the service advisor (mark) what sales codes were needed to be activated for it to work and now they work. Highly recommend this dealership. Friendly staff and outstanding service

  I went for the normal service of my Chrysler 200 2016 model, it had some rattle noise problem on the passenger side with some clang sound on the back of the vehicle. i had this problem from last 6 months, have purchased this car from Halifax i went to Steele Chrysler they didn't fix the issue then i moved to Fredericton there also i reported this problem to summit Chrysler they changed the bushes of the shocker but the problem was not fixed. i moved to Ottawa and went to metro initially they didn't figure out what where is it actually coming from i had a test drive on Saturday there were less number of technicians on that day, so i went again on Monday. they kept the vehicle for like 3 days and provided me a rental vehicle, i was under impression either they will fix the noise issue or they will make it worse but i really appreciate the technician who worked on the vehicle and i thank the service adviser Rick Kennedy, you are an amazing and very well experienced person who knows his job. they explained me that have to change the glove box the rattle noise is because of that and they did something on the moon roof which fix the the clang noise issue, now the vehicle is running as smooth as it is a brand new car. i totally recommend metro Chrysler for service they have trained and experienced persons who can treat your car extremely well.

  I have purchased at least 4 new vehicles from Metro through out the years and have been happy with my purchases and service. Check them out! They also have a good selection of used vehicles!!

  After selling my 1995 Jeep, I started missing it a lot. Although I did not need another vehicle, I decided to drive to Metro Chrysler just to check out the Jeeps they had in stock. I soon as I arrived, one of the sales team member, Drew, came out and greeted me. He noticed my interest in this beautiful Red and Black Jeep Wrangler and immediately offered me to take it out for a spin. I believed he would be coming with me on the drive to do a sells pitch while I was driving, but no, handed me the keys and that was it. One my way back, we started talking about the vehicle and he asked if I was interested in seeing some numbers, which I was. I was initially thinking about trading the car I came with and they offered a very fair price for it. I decided to proceed with the negotiations without my car as a trade. Very easy and no pressure negotiations and we came to a deal I was happy with within minutes. I then met with Michele at the financing office and was also very welcoming and explained me everything I needed to know and was flexible with my demands and requests. Came the day to pick-up y vehicle. Drew was there and to my surprise gave me a cheque for the balance of an add-on I purchased that ended up being cheaper than expected ! They could have came up with a bunch of bull to justify the full amount, but they did not! I also had the pleasure to go to their service department, for a few new car issues I had. They listened to my issues and fixed them, except for one that they could not replicate, but they told me to keep an eye on it and make another appointment just for that issue when I wanted. Another thing that confirmed to me they are honest people, I heard one of the service adviser telling someone on the phone that they did not need a new battery and there was no need to replace it, wow! My experience at this dealership has been great so far and I will not hesitate to deal with them again for my service and when the need (or want) for another vehicle arises. Thanks again to Metro Chrysler team, and I love my new Jeep Wrangler!
