::Though I cannot speak to their shoe repair, I brought a watch by to get the battery changed. The owner had some trouble removing it and accidentally scratched the back of my watch with his tool. It is understood that this was accidental, but when I showed him the damage, he flat out denied it. Even though I witnessed the moment it happened. Denied it! Never in my life have I been flat out lied to by a business owner. Not only did he take zero responsibility for his actions but he pretended it was not him and said, and I quote: “what are you going to do about it”? Well for one thing, never take me or my family and friends business there again. Buyer beware.

::The sole of my shoe started coming off mid-day and I needed it repaired fast. Walked up and I was served immediately. Shoes were ready in 20 minutes or so. Price was $25 which I think is extremely reasonable.

::I was here today to get the straps of my leg brace repaired. It was just barely hanging on and it was difficult to get an appointment with Ottawa Rehab Centre (was told to wait a month) . I was pretty impressed by the quality of work and he took some time to find proper buckles for the strap which is not commonly used. It felt like all new after he fixed it and I didn't have to wait long. He probably doesn't fix straps like this one often but he did a tremendous job. I don't have to worry about it snapping off while I am out and about. Made a huge difference. So five stars :)

::Cannot speak for how they deal with shoes, but sent my expensive leather handbag for a zipper fix to this place and received it folded in half, filled with extra string bits leftover from the poor quality stitch. Now I have to spend more time and money fixing the creases from the fold. Not going back.
