  My experience was ok. The sales lady that received us a little snooty but cordial. The cashier also nice. But my one star is directed to the Manager of the place. There was a lady before me at the cash who was visibly upset with something to do with her billing. After making her frustration known(she never raised her voice nor was she impolite), the Manager shows up and asks her why are you upset with us??! We always gave you good service! If you are unhappy with the billing process you should call customer service! She must have told the client twice that there was no reason to be upset with them as they always gave her great service. I have worked in client services for over 20 yrs and this was appauling to me. My regret was not having intervened. When a client is not happy, it doesn't matter what you think. It matters that your client had a bad experience despite your efforts. Your sales staff is borderline arrogant and your Manager fosters a culture of arrogance in which what matters is what the service provider thinks not what the client thinks. I bought my item as I needed it urgently otherwise I would have left. You can be sure I will not return and I will tell people about what I observed. I recommend you give your Manager a lesson in client service and manners.

  I booked a stylist appointment with the manager of the store France. I had mentioned to her in advance the occasion for which I was looking for an outfit. When I arrived at the store I was pleasantly surprised to see that she had already pre-selected 4-5 outfits for me. She took care to pick pieces that were timeless, appropriate for my age and style and that would mix and match to complete a multitude of outfits. She provided an honest opinion on fit, style, color. She was not pushy nor did she attempt to impose her opinion on me. I felt pampered and important. I highly recommend booking a stylist appointment as it provided direction for my shopping experience. There was so much less stress and confusion than when I attempt to shop on my own. Thank you France for your exceptional service. :)
