Hands down the best clinic ever! I can't say enough how great my visits are. The front end staff and nurse are AMAZING! I have see both doctors there and they are great. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs medical care for a small issue or a more complex condition. You won't be disappointed. Thank you guys for the great care every time.

1st thing I have to point out is that there is NO sign on the door stating when their hours are! Stood outside since 830 am this morning, googled to find out they open at 9. Around 9:15 they unlock the door! No doctor in sight, reception and pharmacy staff late as well. Around 935 I ask if there is even a doctor here and to my surprise no! Even tho before they even opened, I seen the doctor walking around in the clinic when no one else was there!! Maybe he ran to grab breakfast? Who knows! The receptionist at the desk tells me the doctor arrives at 945. So I say "your telling me patients need to sit here 45 mins to 1 hour before they can see the doctor?!? Not only do I find this unorganized but they are making me late for my 10 am shift all because the doctor is doing his own thing! I will not be returning! Very unorganized and unprofessional! The reception shouldn't have to make lame excuses as to why no one here can be on time!!

I was super happy with this clinic at first. It is near me and the staff is friendly. Today that changed. The month of November I had a serious bout of sinus, flu and headache problems. With my employer I have to provide a note for each day I am sick no exceptions. We work in close quarters and are not permitted to come in as others can pick it up easily. I was not able to make it into the clinic yesterday when I was unable to work because of the severity of how I was feeling. Today I went in after work to get a note for yesterday. The doctor on duty asked if I was able to work today. I said yes. He printed the note for yesterday and then told me he didn’t want to see me coming in for notes anymore. He said “you have been in here 6 times for notes and this is a lot.” I don’t decide when I am sick. I cannot help that. I also cannot help I am required a note from work. I told him this and he just looked at me. He then said that he didn’t want to write notes for days in the past and that I have to be in the clinic no exceptions when I’m sick. I told him I was still not feeling 100% better today but that was not good enough for him. He didn’t even bother to check me over. I asked if I came in on a Wednesday for a note for Tuesday and Wednesday would he write a note for both days? He said yes. I asked how that is different as he would be writing a note for a day in the past when I was not in. He again didn’t say anything. He said I had done this before. The only other time I didn’t get a note day of my illness is because they closed and locked up the clinic before their posted closing time because “they were slow.” He was even the one I spoke to about it when I went back when they were open so he knew why I had done it before. I told him that I have no choice I have to get a note for work and asked him what I should do. He shrugged. Very unprofessional. I had no problem paying the clinic $25 a note. When I said I would look at going elsewhere he again said nothing. I left.

I moved to Edmonton a little over 2 years ago and had no family doctor. I found this clinic on Google and was pleasantly surprised at the service that I received. From their office management/front desk staff to their doctors I have never felt so incredibly welcomed. It is evident that all of their staff truly care about their patients. They offer snacks and drinks to make you feel comfortable while you wait for the doctor. They also have a pharmacy on site that does city wide delivery. Dr. Durar and Dr. Fidel are attentive and take every one of my questions and concerns seriously. I have nothing but appreciation for this clinic and these doctors.
