  Messiah always provides excellent customer service every time I bring my Yaris in! He always makes sure I know what's going on with my car during check ups and oil changes. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership!

  BEST DEALERSHIP EVER. I go there without hesistating or worrying about anything, there are always welcoming people, and super friendly even when I go on busy weekends, Sam is one of the best sales men I have ever seen, he always comes and says hi to us when we even go for a normal car service, which is something I've never experienced with other sales men, they normally forget about you once the deal is done, I am so looking forward to visiting him soon after my lease expires this year, the service people are so professional, I've talked with so many of them (Everytime a different person) but the consistency in treating their customer well is mind blowing, overall I would highly recommend this group of wonderful people, keep it up guys :)

  I was quite impressed at how quickly I got in and out. My car was not starting well and was hesitating. So, I went there thinking it could be my battery. I didn't have an appointment. But I was in and out of there in just over two hours. I did need a battery. They would have even washed my car. But it was too cold. They said I could come back another day and they would wash it for me.

  I have been dealing with McPhillips Toyota now since 2008, my Toyota has not needed a lot of service, as I do my own mechanical work. However, the staff in Parts and Service are exceptional ! I always look for my favorite parts salesman, as he always gives me the best prices (even better than jobbers) on the items i require to maintain my car. The service department is outstanding, the Gentleman that greets you in the service entrance is so knowledgeable about vehicles and can sometimes help you right on the spot with simple things that don't seem obvious at first. Also they go out of their way to help the mechanically inclined customer find and source special tooling to get the job done... all i can say is McPhillips Toyota is the place. Go nowhere else. If you own any brand of car, and especially if you own a Toyota, you'd be very hard pressed to find the blend of best customer service, best parts, best service advice, and best finished service work in this Province. Hands Down the best.
