  Is it a rule for all the employees not to smile? Customers feel uncomfortable when they try to smile and get a straight face in return, including the manager. The only person who deserves 5 star is that poor woman rushing to give out orders and smiling to every customer. Also, I think you should look into your new system. It's not normal to wait 10 minutes for coffee with 5 people in line. Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to when it comes to service.

  Your regular foodcout McDonald with quick and efficient service for lunch or snacks. Deserve a downtown business area so lunch can get really busy. Had a few minor order mistakes in the past but less than other McDo. Good staff training.

  This McDonald's is fine and I like that most of the time they have a single line with multiple cashier's taking orders. Of course the new terminal ordering system would be nice, but overall the food seems fine and staff is generally nice. Speed of service is comparable to other places.

  Super fast service which is great on lunch time. Doesnt have full menu but still serve à wide range of meal.
