  This location is the worst McDonalds I have been to. When you ask for a tap water they give you this tiny, awkward, plastic SUNDAE CUP instead of a proper paper cup. When I politely requested a paper cup they told me I would have to pay. I will not be back

  They don’t even deserve a 1 star rate, the worst Mc Donald in the world from Europe, America, Southeast Asia including Middle East , The order was incorrectly given to us, the manager or the supervisor came to us and was informed but he did not come back to us, we waited for 20 mins outside , until we decided to come inside and he pretended and ignore us, another supervisor or manager came as we complained and did not even apologize, the lady at the drive through who gave us the wrong order did not apologize. One crew who have given us the corrected order is the only one who apologize. If the manager is not doing the right customer service no wonder the whole team is infected. I will never go back to that branch ever. Hopefully the management will deal with this issue .

  This is the worse McDonald. We bought food. Like a normal person. Well...We waited 30 mintues for our order. We talked to the manager he said "One second" He never came back!

  It was terrible - i always go to this location - but never put a review as i understand the business. Today grabbed with me a coupon for a meal that cost 5.97 - i wait for 5 min before a lady took my order - funny everyone from the staff looking at me without coming and take my order - i gave the nice lady a coupon for filet o fish meal that should cost as above 5.97 + cheeseburger for 1.69 which with taxes would 8.9 - the nice lady took my coupon and tears it not sure if she scanned it - then said 11.89 lol - asked her again to see if she recognize her mistake then she confirmed the same amount - i was stunned and decided to pay without arguing or giving a hard time - i took it like giving a tip but it was not a nice behavior from the cashier. Not even mentioning they only give 1 napkin and if asking more they give you the stare lol - in addition to that you get a expired fries lol too cold and filet o fish not that good. Was a terrible experience overall

  Fries were cold, lobby was filthy, service was bad. Have come to expect very little from mc Donalds but this time was horrible
