  Great location and the self service process there is exceptional. Much better that what I have experienced in the past from other locations.

  Good service considering the riff raff they have to deal with on a regular basis.. They keep it clean and quiet.. Quite impressive actually.. 👏

  Didn't like it as the grilled chicken was burnt in my snack wrap and the chicken was the smallest piece I have ever seen. The iced coffee tasted burnt and too strong. I asked for skimmed milk and it seemed they didn't add it in or enough. She explained they have to change the milk as its usually a mix they use like in the frappes but unlike frappes you can choose your milk...

  Had the worse experience in the drive-through. I was shocked at the lack of basic customer service and the rudeness. I called the restaurant few minutes later to express my deep dissatisfaction to the manager. I respectfully suggested they train their workers on how to work under extreme pressure and still be respectful to customers. Few days later, I noticed meaningful changes. In my most recent visit, they were genuinely friendly and even felt confident to ask me to fill a survey online regarding my experience. That made me really happy, I felt that my concern were heard. Kinda goes without saying, if you're taking orders in the drive-through, you can very much brighten somebody else's day or you can really ruin it by your incompetence at the least brain-cracking job. I have experienced both excellent and terrible service at this location. I am actually happy that you guys are willing to change. May be next time it will be an all positive review: IMPRESS ME.!!!

  One worker there was blonde and rude. I didn’t want to remember her name. She always would say things under breathe. She works the late night shift. However, there is this one guy who is always great. He let me stay after they closed. I was peaceful and respectful during that time. As it should be.
